Cynthia Nixon went all the way into last season and pulled out this beautifully elegant Calvin Klein dress. HIT
Tina Fey (the big winner of the night- taking home 3) wore a very simple, a little too simple, David Meister dress. She won in the Emmy’s, but not on the carpet. Due to a lack of risk & creativity, she gets a MISS
Nicolette Sheridan stepped out and shut the whole show down in THEE color of the season in a strapless Angel Sanchez gown. HIT
The never aging Vanessa Williams looked fab in her Kevin Hall one shoulder dress. Can’t say I don’t love it. HIT
Terri Hatcher wore an ill-fitting canary yellow Monique Lhuillier dress. The ruffles were in the wrong places, and the dress hugged her in the wrong places. MISS
Eva Longoria-Parker took a risk with this bow front Marchesa dress. Marchesa is one of the most fabulous and instantly recognizable designers and one of my favorites. Work it Eva. HIT

Solange hit up the Emporio Armani show at Milan Fashion Week Spring 2009 yesterday:
I think it’s a HIT. I have come to learn, love and appreciate her over-the-top style. I love the dress, shoes, accessories and even the peacock feather and twisted piece of hair, worn as a head band. Loves it!

Rihanna looked fabulous in a corsette top, skirt and white pumps. I see she brought the white streak back in her hair, as she did at last years VMA’s. HIT

HOT! She was the first performance of the night and she performed her #1 hit ”Disturbia”.
Ciara rocked a cute look but that hair blew mine! She wore a Dolce & Gabbana dress, Jimmy Choo clutch and Christian Louboutin shoes. Over all, she had a good look. HIT.
Solange is still straddling that HIT/MISS fence and that lipstick just had her all f***ed up in the game. I don’t know. You call it.
Jordin Sparks looked nice. But, I have a fashion face off in a minute with this dress that will shock you. Hang tight for it. But back to the subject, HIT.
Pink rocked a rock star glam look in an Alexis LaMontagne dress. Loves it! HIT.
Melanie Brown looked mediocre, but not bad. HIT (I think)

Beyonce hit the stage with Justin Timberlake (and had all these other R&B chic’s scared). I can’t say I’m loving this one-piece jumpsuit she has on. MISS. But that’s not it, she hit the stage again:

Her Etta James look wasn’t all that bad. Being that she was in character as someone else, can you even call a HIT or MISS?

Kelis hit up the Way Out West festival in Sweden to perform in this very interesting outfit. I have to say, Kelis was always a fly girl and no doubt about it she still is but lately she has definitely been falling off! I hate to say it but the fierce chic we all came to love for her fashion forward style has taken a leave of absence. Com back Kelis, we need you!
