For this edition of Who ROCKED It? it’s the battle of the reality mama’s. Khloe Kardashian (who will be serving time for violating probation, after her DUI bust that was featured in the first season of her show) first rocked this D&G Dolce & Gabbana dress to her B’Day celebration at Pure nightclub in Vegas late June, then The Hills drama mama/designer Lauren Conrad rocked it last night to the VitaminWater party. I never thought I would say this but…. my money’s on Lauren.
