Solange rocked this interesting dress and Versace shoes at her B’Day celebration last night in Hollywood. While I can see how this look works, I also see how it doesn’t.

She woulda did MUCH better with a neutral or metallic color shoe. Cheetos on Cheetos is NOT HAWT!
